Refund Options:

  • If you wish to exchange a cosmetics product for a different shade, color, or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. In case the requested item is out of stock, we will provide alternative options or process a refund or store credit as per your preference.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
